Preparation Training Camp

Sharpen your skills for the tournament on July 27th 2008 at the Civic Center with our grappling coach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion Fabio Holanda and our striking coach UFC middle weight contender and former star of the Ultimate Fighter reality show Patrick "The Predator" Cote. Also, Juliana Nogueira, a world champion and the first female BJJ black belt in Canada will be giving some specialized training including a woman only workshop.

Patrick came out victorious at hos last fight which puts him in contention for the UFC world title! We look forward to having him share some of his training secrets with us.

The fee of $95 per person gives full training access from 10:00 am until 2:00pm. There are also spectator tickets available to give viewing access from a restricted section. Spots are of course very limited so register today.
